Is this information used for marketing? We do rely on the information we collect to help us better understand you and your investing needs, so that we can develop and offer investment products and services that may be of interest to you. But, we do not now, nor do we ever intend, to provide your personal data (with or without compensation) to any other organization or corporation other than required by domestic regulatory and/or law enforcement agencies with proper written authority for such disclosure. The only exception to the above policy would be if the information was needed for an affiliated third-party providing services necessary to administer your account(s), such as your accountant, attorney or broker/dealer.

How is your information protected? We have established physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect all information (both personal and public) that has been collected. In addition, you can be assured that we treat information about our former investors with the same care we take with our current investors' information. Any personal data provided by you remains solely with the firm, except in circumstances where we may be required to share it with an affiliated third-party, as mentioned above. However, the information shall be conveyed only with your knowledge and consent and consist of the minimum amount needed for the purpose of executing account-related activities. Moreover, most affiliated third-parties are governed by their own strict guidelines that oblige them to protect your information.
